Bench Test

$350 per test (2 lb of plant material)

The bench test is the perfect introduction to our services. Essentially, from a small sample of your plant material we can conduct a miniature version of our extraction process. Collecting data before and after the extraction in order for us to both estimate the yields from extraction (and various refinement processes) and demonstrate the quality of the resulting extract.

Small Batch (Single Strain/Single Origin)

$12.50 / lb of plant material

We offer small scale extraction for batches as small as 90 lbs and as large as 1000 lbs. Through this extraction method the resulting concentrate contains the full spectrum of essential oil compounds and terpenes present without the common impurities found in extracts obtained through other methods (sugars, salts, fatty acids, carotenes, mineral salts, and phospholipids) We can then de-carboxylate the oil, "activating" the essential oil compounds or prepare it in the raw. The raw extracts will have higher levels of terpenes and cannabinoid carboxylic acids. In either case the result is an incredibly clean and pure full spectrum hemp oil that can be used to infuse finished products or can be further refined through distillation, chromatography.

Large Batch Supercritical CO2 Extraction

$6.50 / LB OF PLANT MATERIAL

We offer large batch supercritical CO2 extraction for batched of plant material 10,000 lbs to 150,000 lbs. Smaller batches of biomass can be combined to meet this minimum for farmers that don’t mind combining their material with biomass of similar quality for a substantial savings. Clarification of Whole Plant extracts

$30/KILOGRAM of CRUDE OIL

Our clarification process includes two distinct refinement processes: winterization and sugar precipitation. In the winterization process, fats and waxes are removed from the extract through winterization and vacuum filtration. In sugar precipitation, various polar impurities like chlorophyll, polyphenols, carotenes, poly/oligosaccharides, mineral salts, and phospholipids are removed from the oil. The resulting oil is of higher purity then the starting extract and is of exceptional clarity and quality. These processes can be performed on whole plant extracts from other extractors as well as the whole plant extracts that we produce.

Fractional Distillation

$50 / KILOGRAM of CRUDE OIL

Through molecular distillation we are able to distill and re-condense specific essential oil compounds from clarified plant extracts to extremely high purity levels. This is an extract refining process that results in extremely pure essential oils removing even trace levels (PPT) of impurities like heavy metals, and residual solvents.

High Purity Isolation

We can isolate individual compounds from high purity distilled extracts. Through a rigorous process of crystallization, and purification we are able to carefully isolate organic essential oil compounds at extraordinarily high purity levels (99%+) For use in many specific health and wellness applications.

Chromatography and Advanced Formulation

We have experience in flash chromatography (HPLC), Centrifugal partition chromatography (CPC) and other advanced separation techniques utilized to separate essential oil and oleoresin compounds. This allows us to separate and concentrate rare compounds that are often only available at the trace level.
